Taming My M.E.S.S. Foundation exists to reduce barriers and improve outcomes for justice-impacted women and at-risk girls by providing evidence-informed mentorship, reentry support, workforce development, educational opportunities, and community-based resources that promote self-sufficiency, stability, and personal growth.
Taming My M.E.S.S. Foundation, Inc. specializes in preparing justice-impacted women for life beyond incarceration through structured cognitive and reentry readiness programming, mentorship, and individualized preparation.
Our work connects personal development inside correctional institutions with community-based resource navigation and support after release. Through Rebuilding Me™ and Project M.E.S.S., we help women strengthen decision-making, identify goals, and navigate pathways toward stability and independence.
We believe a person’s past does not define their future. Our work is grounded in dignity, accountability, personal growth, and the belief that every woman deserves an opportunity to build a different future.
We envision a future where every woman and girl, regardless of her past circumstances, has access to the support, opportunities, and resources needed to achieve stability, self-sufficiency, and long-term success. Through mentorship, advocacy, and collaboration, we strive to strengthen families, build stronger communities, break cycles of incarceration and poverty, and create lasting change for future generations.
At Taming My M.E.S.S. Foundation, we believe sustainable success requires whole-person support, meaningful relationships, and opportunities for growth.
